I’ve said it countless times & I’ll say it many more.

Life is beautiful & weird.

This past year of my life has come with the most surreal changes that it only feels natural & right for me to change the brand of my business to match.

Stag & Arrow matches where I’m currently at. The name, energy, & vibe of it all feels genuine & whimsical & is a reminder of all the happy beautiful things my life has brought me over the last 365 days.

It’s been a year of dreaming, hard work, blood, sweat, tears to bring this vision to life. I’ve delayed releasing it for a while because ( to be quite truthful ) it’s felt scary! It’s vulnerable. This rebrand has been mine all mine all year & it’s been this fun, re-energizing project. Now it’s out in the world.

The name is a play on words of my last name, Stagnaro. I’ve always thought it sounded like a compound word ever since I was little & when I was brainstorming names for the new brand, this one popped out like a cork on a champagne bottle.

I love a good pun or wordplay so it feels so fitting. I also love my last name. An easy check off the rebrand to-do list.

I wanted the logo to be an almost Stag Cupid shooting little love arrows to all my clients. I wanted it to feel like a fairytale. (I’m feeling like we should give the stag a name??) I couldn’t have done it without the help of the amazingly talented Brooke Taylor.

I am so beyond exciting to serve my current & future clients with photographing their monumental stages, little & big milestones, & all the in between fleeting moments. Life is so sweet & damn- its a privilege to be able to create art around such sweetness. It’s such a true honor to be able to capture the heart of life for you. It’s a pretty world we live in & the love inside of that world is my absolute favorite.

Photographing individuals, couples, & families from around Annapolis to Washington DC to Baltimore to all throughout the east coast, I’m so ready for this next era of my career & business!
